I visited Claremont for 2 main reasons. Low cost and proximity to Little India. The hotel rooms are smelly & badly lit. Some of the electrical appliances are out of order. This place is not a hotel in Europe will be close down. The recepcionist is everything but kind,. Its dark, smells, full of coackroches in the bedroom, water licking in toillet, noisy fridge, noise aircon, wall papers rip down, no maintenance at all. We found the hotel comfortable. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Co-operative staff. Good breakfast for vegetarians. Excellent location opposite the famous 24 hour open Mustaffa Store. Good option for budget Indian traveller more

The website pictures and the actual hotel are are so far apart its not funny. The service is so poor that it would be a goos case study for poor custmoer service.
