The hotel staff from receptionist to room cleaner are friendly, courteous and providing superior service. Room is clean and as a compliment, they auto upgrade my room from non-window to window room upon my check in and that impressed me! “Tiny rooms but everything's there”

Rooms in Singapore are tiny, and rooms at Santa Grand are no exception. But all the amenities are there: hair dryer, iron, ironing board, slippers...a bit awkward is the toilet-in-shower set-up but it does save space. One thing I'd definitely do when booking is to request a room away from the lift.

“Near to NUS but far from the city.”

I went to Singapore to process my claims to the University.That is why i choose Santa Grand West Coast,but I didnt know the location is far from the city.All the staff are friendly and helpful.The breakfast is good.I would like to thank Ms.Zhang and the Filipina receptionist.I feel like Im home.I really enjoy my stay here.Keep up the good works.:-)

“Pretty good”

Good location and staff and breakfast. Only bad experience was the 4 phone calls from a strange lady staying in another room apparently who decided to call me many times through the night and early morning! I disconnected phone from wall.
