As a china tourist, staying in this hotel (fragrance kovan )I would like to complement this hotel service of the passionate and caring services. the whole incident is like this, after I have ate my breakfast I was trap in the lift as the lift broke down. When I press down the emergency button, the chambermaid swiftly run to the lift to talk to me as to calm me down. she quickly call for assistance to alert the recovery team. As I have high blood pressure, while I was trap in the lift, it was stuffy and hot. if Without their kind support and comfort, I would have fainted inside the lift
