Alpine style hotel some 15 mins walk from the town centre on a busy road. We had a rather nice room at the rear of the hotel with a lovely view of the smoking Villarrica volcano, beds were comfortable, no chair, light coloured curtains - bring your flight eyeshades, if you like a dark room. Set a good 15 minute walk out of town along the main road, but the first bar and restaurant that you get to are both great! The room was lovely, with a great view of the volcano in the distance. We stayed at this hotel for four nights in January and while our experience was OK - I would probably stay elsewhere before returning. First, the pros.
