I must agree with those who say that four stars is pushing it. The rooms are clean and normal standard, but nothing more. Location is good and the staff is very nice. Breakfast was a bit odd, but the cake they served to it was great. more

O’Grimm’s is rated as Four Star which is pushing it. Rooms are clean and comfortable but décor is a bit old. Restaurant and bar is good and the food was ok. What made this hotel successful was the staff; they are professional and very responsive. I would stay at this hotel again. more

Puerto Montt is a town to be avoided. Almost everyone I met got robbed. It rains all the time and there is not one good restaurant. However, if you must go......this hotel is damp and dark. The beds are carpeting are older....but the service is top rate. The front desk manager is about the most helpful person I ever met.... more

This centrally located hotel is an okay place to stay, but it has seen better days. The first room we were offered (January 2005) was spacious, but it stunk of smoke.
