The lady in the reception was not serviceminded at all when we checked in. The one that worked when we checked out was better. The room was a little bit boring and stiff but the bed was great. Breakfast room also a bit boring. One bad thing was that you coulde use stairs just the elevator. more

It is great ... more like a W than a Holiday Inn. A little cumbersome to get into - you park in a mall parking garage then take an elevator up, but the views and rooms are just great... more

We spent 3 nights here in Puerto Montt at either end of a Lake District trip. This appears to be the newest and best hotel in town. The rooms are large and well-appointed and the breakfast bar is superb.
