My daughter and I traveled to Puerto Varas and stayed at the lovely El Solace hotel for four nights. The staff made our stay very comfortable. The location was ideal and close to downtown and the beach. They provided us with all the excursions we wanted and even washed and dried our clothes for us when we got caught out... more

Agree with the other reviewers here. The hotel is brand new, clean, has huge rooms, and is much nicer than the other upscale options in town. If you're able to wait, they had very cheap last-minute deals when we were there -- about 1/2 off. more

This hotel provides superb accommodation at a very reasonable price. We arranged a taxi transfer from Puerto Montt airport and that was not expensive either.
