This was perhaps the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The location was not particularly good and this was the best thing it had going for it. The room smelled. Good location, if you have good legs. The hotel is located in a top of a hill, on downtown. From there is very close (but the hill is steep) from the shops, travel agencies, casino and you have a good view from the fantastic Lake Llanquihue.
