Arrived at hostel with no reservation and was able to get a room. Unfortunately the room was stuffy with the window providing the only air circulation. The window overlooked the courtyard which was filled with loud people and the smell of cigarette smoke well past 2am. The hostel was good. I didn´t book in advance but still got a bed, room was for 10 and was full. Standard bunk beds - nothing special. The bathroom was clean and well supplied. We have been in Santiago, Chile in Easter 2012 and we stayed in this Hostel. We were very well attended. People there are very nice and fun. It was an excellent choice. We had the pleasure to know Natasha, Queen of Techno Cumbia. :) Jokes aside, very nice people. We recommend! Flavia and Itérbio

The hostel is cheap and well located, but the bathrooms and showers are horrible. There is no ventilation in the rooms.

We only stayed one night in Santiago but this hostel was a great place to spend it. We needed a dentist and the staff knew exactly where to go for us to get the work required. They also were helpful when it came to going out to eat and were to go to party/have a beer or two. The place... More

Look like they have some problems with the reservation system, I asked for a private room with bathroom, but need to wait in another one, a shared room, for 3 nights before get it, and others people there had similar problems.
