One night in this hotel has completely changed my opinion of Santiago. Amongst flowering parks - at the foot of the Andes, in a modern and clean environment, comfortable and spacious rooms and rich breakfast - it is the hotel BEST WESTERN PREMIER Marina Las Condes.

In a great location, has spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great breafast buffet Swimming pool on the roof and small jacuzzi. Couple blocks walk away from mayor shopping centre. Fast service. Recommended!!!

If you want an easy base for santiago this is your hotel, not expensive, easy to find, great beds and lovely staff safe and secure Underground parking too. The tips on places to visit were spot on. The pool on the roof was great just only wish it was exposed to the sky rather than have a roof.

Styaed there 2 nights for business. The room was big and clean. The rate included a buffet breakfast whih was good. Neighborhood is quite, there is a convenience store just around the corner. The staff was helpful. To summarize, the hotel is comfortable, well located in a nice area and it is a good choice for business travellers.

This is a Best Western? Well, I guess BW "Premier" so I guess a cut above - it was. Just read some recently left negative reviews and I am surprised. The Hotel itself is kind of nice. The rooms are ok. But you would expect a bit more for that amount of money. Unfortunately the Service is very bad. You always feel very unwelcome when you visit reception. You can tell from the expression on the faces of the reception staff that you are disturbing them. " those annoying stupid... More

this hotel is near the metro station and walking distance from the Parque Arauco Mall. The building is nice, rooms are OK. Air conditioner did not work very well. Also they failed to clean my room one day. I would not say this is a bad hotel at the same time there are many options in the area

This hotel fell short of my expectations. It has a very convenient location if you are in Santiago for business. The amenities can only be termed as "basic". I was put in a room next door to a construction site. The sliding windows had to be shut all day unless you wanted the construction workers to hand you a salt... More

Worst service ever. Staff is lazzy and don't care to do their jobs. Examples: aren't able to help with restaurant reservations, can't manage to call a taxi, don't clean the room until we ask, at 5 pm, and when they do, don't put clean towels.
