I stayed five days in this hostel and felt very welcome there. Everything was working well, the staff is friendly and helpful and the hostel is well situated close to Plaza de Armas. Santiago Backpackers it's simply a good place to stay...! :-)

The general areas were good. Very big kitchen with plenty of everything. The room (double no ensuite) was large with clean linen but had no window with a sky light instead that woke you at 5am.
