Hotel Staff went above and beyond every day. The room was gorgeous, with views of the Andes and a large flat screen tv. Our every need was satisfied at the hotel. It is a few blocks from a mall and next to a grocery store. A great spa is across the street. more

Our stay here was very fun. The rooms are very clean and the service is great. Our only complaint is that it is a bit of a drive into downtown Santiago. The area is very safe, but you feel like you are out in the suburbs. more
