My husband and I loved our stay at the Grand Hyatt. While we were only there for one evening, the room was comfortable with a fantastic bed and a great view, making it feel much longer. If you can wiggle your way into the 16th floor (members with status and/or AmEx Platinum card) it makes the stay all the better! more

I'll start with the good. The rooms, facilities, gym and pool are nice. The rooms are clean and quiet. Location is good (walking distance to supermarket, mall and McDonalds) but not in central Santiago. Now for the bad. I don't know what is wrong with the front desk. First of all check in and check out is slow. Even worse... more

Let me say that this hotel has some strong positives and strong negatives (as reflected in other reviews as well). On balance though, a hotel at this price point should not have strong negatives. As a result of my experience here, I will be shying away from the Hyatt brand due to quality control issues (unless I have personal recommendations).... more

After having spent some time at the immigration and boarder control between Argentina and Chile, we really appreciated arriving at the hotel. Again - as in Mendoza the day before - we used Hyatt Gold points to pay. We were given an excellent room with a superb view over the city. The size of the room was good and the... more

We stayed here for the first part of our Honeymoon. They have those amazing glass elevators and golden Lions at the entrance. We hit the spa right away - a relaxing facial for me and reflexology for my husband which he claims is "the best foot rub ever". The view of the Andes Mountains from our room was breathtaking. The... more

I stayed there for just one night, we were back from skiing in Valle Nevado and we were delighted to stay there. The rooms are very beautiful, very comfortable big beds. We had an early flight the other day so they server the breakfast at our bedroom at 5 a.m.! Strawberrys, bread, cake, toast, juice, nothing was missing! Although it´s... more
