Excelent hotel. Very near from "Parque Arauco" mall with great restaurants. Also excelente breakfast in the hotel and pacefull neighborhood. I won´t recommend the suite room becuase the jacuzzi are very noisy. The hotel is excellent to rest but is quite far away if you want to be near of down twown or typical locations. more

Stayed for one night in October. This is still a very good hotel. Although some distance from the city centre it has all the shops and restaurants nearby that you could ever require. Arrived at the hotel by transfer from the airport which is about 15 minutes away. Downtown Santiago is 10 minutes away. My parents, wife and I visited this hotel in October 2004. It is elegant and well located in Vitacura neighborhood. Unfortunatelly we didn't have the chance to explore all the facilities but for what we saw, we loved it.
