We stayed here for three days for the lalapalooza concert. The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms were comfy but nothing earth shattering exciting. The hotel is very centrally located and is near shopping and the tram.

We stayed here for 4 nights from 10 April, and could not fault this lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We ate there on a a number of occasions and also had to use their business centre which was great. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite and we would definitely stay again.

Choose the hotel because at the time of booking on booking.com they had a free airport shuttle. E-mailed hotel of our 1:00am arr. time but when we arrived, no shuttle. Very "matter of fact"...take no prisoners night manager, said get a cab...we don't have a shuttle. It is not even near the airport, 35 min. later we arrive at hotel.... More

We stayed at this hotel on our first part of our South American cruise vacation. We found the hotel very well located, the included breakfast wes great and they have a very nice swimming pool and facilities in general. Loved it!

A good standard of hotel, we stayed one night as part of an extended South American tour and found it a great place to catch ones breath, sort out our luggage and relax. The Bistro wasn't the greatest but the pool and and spa were very good.
