An okay location in Providencia. Not the "heart of it all" but a residential area within walking distance to the metro. Hotel staff was best described as "cooperative" although I wouldn't describe anyone there as friendly. Rooms were adequate - somewhere between two star and three star. Filled with group travelers for the most part. Wouldn't be my first choice... more

This hotel has one thing in mind, lie to you to get you! The shower was cold and has mold in the grout, the AC did not work (they say they turn it off this time of year?, they hail a cab for you and charge twice what the cab should of cost. I would rate this hotel a 2... more

Nice rooms that are neat and clean, supportive staff, excellent location. What else- NO AIRCONDITIONING FROM 9 PM to 10-11 AM. If you can survive it - fine, you win! I managed to get back home withought much problems though nights were rather unpleasant. Breakfast is average. Restaurant is OK, but you can find much better places around. more
