Stayed as part of a group. The hotel is a typical tourist hotel in a pleasant and safe part of town. Our room was of a good size and clean. Hotel is close to amenities viz shops, including a supermarket, cafes and a metro station. only drawback was lack of a clock in the room and noisy airconditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate... We only spent one night at the Hotel Torremayor as we were in transit from the airport to the Valparaiso cruise terminal next day. The hotel was booked by the travel company that made our trip arrangements. We were very happy with the hotel. Check-in was prompt and efficient. The room was not huge, but big enough for two people.... More

Older style hotel in nice area. Impressive foyer and restaurant but lifts are very very small. Furnishing and bathroom can do with a face lift. Breakfast is rather basic, need more variety. We had dinner on the first night but it was nothing memorable. Wifi was available but you have to pay. They did provide 2 free computer off the... More

We stayed 4 days in this hotel after a great cruise with Princess cruise traveling to South America. I fullyI agrree with others that the hotel is in a very nice and save neighbourhood. This hotel is outdated, it is not big and for a short stay it might be good, not for us. Our travel agency booked a standard... More

I have just returned to the UK after an emergency trip to Santiago for family reasons, my mum was staying in this hotel and they very kindly gave a room to my brother and me as we were unable to book as the trip was very last minute. I can not praise this hotel enough for what they have done... More

Fantastic roof top terrace with pool and views of the mountains. But they close already at 8 pm. Don´t understand why. Slow service at reception, no flexibility, and at breakfast restaurant. Central location in Providencia but still quite rooms.

This hotel is in a great location - with a shopping center and metro station only a block away. The lobby is large and modern looking and the staff is nice and helpful. However, our room was very dated - carpet looked old and worn and the tile in the bathroom needed a good cleaning. Some rooms may be more... More

This is a gem of a hotel. Small, 5 floors but prime location & great, staff. Tiny elevators, long time core hot water in PM, still nice, My room a gorgeous little suite, very comfy, firm queen bed, sofa, & the usual things. Bath room a surprise, with tempered glass walls, no tub, no prob by me but might be... More

Older hotel with TINY elevators. Stayed in a king suite. The bathroom was large, spacious and clean. The bed comfortable. Decor in rooms and lobby are dated but in decent shape. The staff was helpful. We had a couple of long-drying items laundered in the same day which they accomadated without a problem. The breakfast buffet is an average tour-group,... More
