We stayed in one of the superior rooms Really large and comfortable What a pleasant surprise It had it's own modem so super WIFI reception. Pool was really nice and the breakfast excellent with the fresh Chilean fruits Can't compliment the attention and service enough especially Hugo who was the best Definitely would stay again

Fantastic roof top terrace with pool and views of the mountains. But they close already at 8 pm. Don´t understand why. Slow service at reception, no flexibility, and at breakfast restaurant. Central location in Providencia but still quite rooms.
