Stayed for two nights in January. I was attracted by the low price (US$40 a night) and the central location, but you really do get what you pay for. I think I've paid a fair price for the accomodations (it is a good choice to those who don't want to spend a great deal of money). However, I've 20 dollars stoled from my wallet while I was out. I would stay there again, but I would pay more attention to my personal belongs in the room. more

I stayed at the Hotel Parlamento for the last 3 days of December. The location was fairly good, the matress was comfortable adn the place was bsically clean. Thuis hotelm is in dire need of a renovation. Just pathetic. The curtains on the windows were so see through, that without my sleeping mask, I wouldn't have slept for a minute.... more
