This hotel is located in the central seedy part of town, it is recommended you don't go out after dark it is unsafe. Absolutely terrible! One of the worst hotels I have been to for a long time! We stayed for just one night passing through Santiago. First impression is very bad - the entrance is a side door in a shopping alley which at night is closed with an iron curtain. Trash everywhere in sight. The second impression was not much better.... more
Make sure you can speak Spanish pretty well if you stay here. First, if you are used to the Crowne Plaza, then this hotel will give you pause.
