You will not find a better view of valpo for the price. For me the price also came with about 200 bed bug bites all over my body. More

My favorite hostel in my 8 weeks of travel! Felipe is the greatest host! He will offer you a Pisco while you guys chat and enjoy the beautiful view from the deck, yet still always manage to get up and make you a beautiful, fresh breakfast, and keep everything in perfect order. Never felt so instantly at home! It is... More

The Casa Kreyenberg is up one of the many hills in Valparaiso - which makes it a little tough to get to with your luggage but it does provide a good view. Like many places in Valparaiso the hotel wall is covered in a big mural so its easy to find again! The B&B is comfortable enough - the room... More

This B&B is very relaxed. You're staying in someone's home so you get to find out a lot more what it's like to live in the city. Dorm rooms are good size with very comfy beds, good lockers and good breakfast. Nice views over the city. Run by very friendly guy. A home from home. More

Perfect after long days travelling. I stayed here two years ago and it was the first place i stayed that I wanted to write a review for. I've finally got round to doing it. The house is beautiful, cosy, comfortable, clean rooms with spectacular views, charming bathroom, delicious breakfast, friendly hosts. Overall it was a place of relaxation and charm... More

Overview: This is a hostel that is run by a nice young couple. The hostel is located up on the hills overlooking the town. It has some nice views from the windows and is reasonably quiet. The owners really make you feel at home and do enjoy spending time with their guests should you wish to indulge in conversation. They... More

We stayed in Valparaiso in part to see the city, and in part to watch the Dakar Rally. The hosts were VERY helpful in helping us to arrange a car rental (neither of us is very good at Spanish). And they were also very entertaining to sit with and share a bottle of wine on the patio and watch the... More

I stayed here for 4 nights with my wife. The location is great, on top of the hill with a great view, with easy access from the main bus station by local bus (#607). The most picturesque parts of town are right at your doorstep. The hosts Juanpablo and Lucia are very friendly and make you feel at home right... More

This is the best hostal I've stayed in after 5 weeks of traveling in Chile. This is the first time I've reviewed anything for tripadvisor. The hostal has a great location, on top of Cerro Alegre, the breakfast is terrific, including fresh fruit, and most of all the hosts are just the greatest. More
