We stayed for 3 nights and found the place to be clean, tidy and comfortable. The owners are very hospitable and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent location for visiting the city and its sights. head up to Pablo Nerudas house definitely a highlight for us. Definitely recommend this hostel to others..

This was a really nice hostel with super comfy beds and fluffy comforters. One complaint I have is that they give you a really wimpy lock and key to lock your room.
