Excellent Hilton, clean, safe and very comfortable. Room has terrific view, excellent beds and pillows and plenty of hot water. These things are nt easy to find in Ecuador. Go to craft market a block away. Museum is also close by as is park, restaurants. More

This is a nice oasis to start or end your Ecuadorian trip. It is centrally located near a park, the markets and the Old Town (don't try to walk, take a taxi). More

I wanted to commend this hotel for its superb customer service! They gave me an upgraded room to the executive level. Complimentary snacks and drinks on the level were always stocked and fresh.
