We booked this hostel for 3-7 nights (but only stayed 3) after Lonely Planet's excellent review and were highly disappointed. We are an easy-going couple who are used to "roughing it". Five floors up find you at reception and the dining area with excellent views of Quito. The staff is made up of volunteers who are kind and mostly attentive.... more
