The Santa Lucia is a gorgeous, upscale hotel with lots of charm. The location is perfect, just a block off the main plaza. We spent 2 nights here in March. Our room (on an upper floor) was fine. It was a bit noisy until around 10pm on both the Sunday and the Monday, but OK after that.
