For $32, which "includes" 22% tax & continental breakfast, this is a good option. Nice, clean, small hotel in Historic Center with good atmosphere & 3 patios. However, like all such "concrete block" structures, you need to be a sound sleeper since noise permeates the entire place & you hear absolutely all of it. Fortunately things turn quiet around 11P & remain so until 7A when breakfast starts up. If you are not bothered by noise, the hotel is a good value. more
