This hotel is very, very nice. It's in a great location, just few steps from the Plaza Mayor. The staff is very king and helpful, the rooms are new, well decorated and very comfortable. A real gem in Arequipa! more

Stayed here for 3 nights. Collected from and taken to the airport. New hotel only opened a couple of months ago. Everything is clean and new. Great location only 2 blocks from the central square. Staff very caring and helpful. All spoke great English. Breakfast was great. Clean - no bugs. Loved this hotel. more

stayed here for 3 nights in mid-october. Staff were very friendly right from the airport pick-up to giving advice for the sights and restaurants of arequipa. It's located just around the corner from the main square so it's a great location for walking to all the main attractions more

Service was excellent. Rooms crispy clean, new. We loved the feather covers vs the heavy wool blankets you find in other hotels. Specially liked the breakfast. and preferred the view out the upper floor rooms better than lower ones. more

We had a superb trip to Arequipa and stayed at Los Tambos for five nights. We found the Staff very helpful and friendly. Transfers from and to Airport for free! Brand New and clean rooms.
