It's a beautiful hotel nicely located at the edge of the historic center rather than the center, which provides some isolation from traffic noise. Having a great time in Peru with amazing sites and 'real' 5* hotels. Best feature of Libertador Arequipa is it is clean , and free broadband in the rooms, location is a bit out of the main area of town, and this hotel is about 20 years over due for a spruce up. more
