Hotel Amerindia was part of a package deal. We stayed there for 4 nights and glad we did. The facilities are quite pleasant, nice sized rooms (ours had two large beds with warm, cozy blankets), wall mounted TV, large bathroom with walk-in shower and additional heater for cool nights. My friend and I stayed here after checking out of a freezing cold hostel early. We were scheduled to stay at the Terra Andina Hotel (the next block over) on a Saturday but they were booked so we couldn't check in a day earlier. Having arrived in an early morning flight from Lima, we were serviced with a coca leave tea while the staff arranged our luggage and for an early check in. After being dropped from our former hotel when coming back from Macchu Picchu, we (family of 5) were led to this quite new lodging. It is run directly by the owners, a young peruvian couple.
