We enjoyed staying at this hotel for two nights and found the bed to be amazing! We stayed on the fourth floor which had a nice terrace overlooking the city right outside our room. The room did pick up a lot of noise from the church up the street which had loud music playing until about 2 in the morning... More

Great hotel in San blas area. We stayed at their sister hotel (quinua villa too and its also great). Good value for a clean, good size room. Great shower too. Buffet style breakfast was very good (has yor typical fruits, eggs, cereal, juice). Amazing service. Location is great - in San blas do away from the noise and only a... More

I spent my last two days in Peru here, after my trek up the Salkantay trail to Machu Picchu. Of the several places I stayed between Cusco, Pisac, and Ollantaytambo, this was my favorite. It was clean, with lovely sheets/pillows and the newest bathroom I had yet seen. There was a beautiful view from a floor to ceiling sliding glass... More

Room 312 has a great view of Cusco. The staff are genuinely friendly and caring. 15 mins walk mainly uphill from the main square past all the little shops which my daughter and I enjoyed. Quiet location in a beautiful town. Hard to beat ! Good value!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and we loved it! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed us for a late check out and printed our flight boarding pass without additional cost. Breakfast was amazing. We also ate at the little restaurant they have and the food was delicious. The hotel is only 10 min walk from... More

Our stay at Encantada was heavenly for us. We arrived super early the first day and were treated with such care by Alfred who made sure we got our tea and some rest. Our room was lovely, had an amazing view of Cusco, and had a sweet turn down service in the evenings with a hot water bottle. On our... More

My dad and I traveled to Peru to hike Machu PIcchu and did a 2-day trek with Adios Adventures. The Encantada was the hotel at which the travel agency booked our hotel rooms for 4 nights of our trip. Because we were going through the travel agency, the cost of the double room was ($43/per night), but I looked up... More

Alfred was the absolute best. I suggest booking both package deals they offer (the cooking class and spa package). I can't wait to visit Cusco again and stay at this wonderful hotel! The San Blas neighborhood is cool, full of great restaurants and very arty.

We loved this place, stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Ate at their restaurant for dinner and it was delicious as was the breakfast each morning. The staff was wonderful and attentive, they helped us schedule some day tours. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the extra touches very nice. This is a must... More

Located in the beautiful San Blas area in Cusco, Encantada is a little gem! I stayed here with my husband for 4 nights as part of our tour with Llama path before and after our Inca trail trek. The hotel itself is very nice, modern and looks like it has been referbished recently. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.... More
