Arriving at the Libertador we were welcomed at the reception with smiles and drinks. The hotel is excellent, wonderful facilities and a very helpful and smiling staff. Location is pefect in the middle of the city with easy access to all sites. Highly recommended.

on the outside, a person could almost pass it by accident. Inside, it's AMAZING! Right in the center of the Cuzco, it's a conference center, but doesn't allow huge buses outside the doors. Very pleasant hotel in the heart of Cusco. A boutique approach to 5-star quality. It's located across the street from Koricancha (Temple of the Sun), the Church of Santo Domingo and a lovely store with traditional hand-made object from the region. Great food at the cafe and the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Hotel may be fine, but they ruined our trip with the incompetence of the from desk. They would be served to not allow someone to give directions if they do not know which way to turn out of the hotel. Left does not get you the same place as right. First off the location is incredible set directly across the street from the best landmark in Cusco, the Santo Domingo. Security here is tight and you feel very safe. Close to Plaza de Armas (5 min walk), many restaurants, safe neighborhood to walk around (many police patrols), comfy bed, clean room, great breakfast spread. Gym was closed during my stay. Recommended for anyone traveling to or through Cusco.
