Something went wrong with the online booking we got a confirmation but the desklady couldn't find our reservation. The email we send afterwards for some extra details was simply ignored. I can't praise this establishment enough. The staff were extremely pleasant; the breakfast delicious; the rooms bright, clean and warm at night. Lots of hot water and clean bathrooms.
