Stayed at this wonderful hotel for four nights. Loved everything about it, especially the most helpful front desk staff. The hotel is housed in a 400 y.o. building and an interesting collection of artifacts from the years past is exibited in the beautiful garden, in the dining room and the reception area. We enjoyed our stay at El Balcon, Cusco. It is conveniently located 3 blocks from the central square in Cusco. The hotel is quite charming, clean and comfortable. They serve hot breakfast in the morning and the running hot water is a plus. Overall, no complaints aout our stay here. more

We stayed here for several nights in August, both before and after returning from various excursions/hikes in the Andes. The place is very well kept, charming, with beautiful colonial architecture.
