We had a comfortable stay, it is not luxurious but it is perfect for a few nights of basic accommodation. Staff were super friendly. It had good internet, an ok breaky (i had to cook the eggs myself but thats cool). We had a warm cosy room with plenty of bedding, this was the triple room upstairs. Nice hot water...... More

We ended up staying here based on reviews online and I don't think they were honest. This is definitely a hostel with closed rooms. It's next to all the other hostels in town and it is basically one except it has separate rooms instead of dorm style. We were there in winter for them and it was very cold. We... More

Hotel is located 5 minutes away from major tourist attraction in Cuzco: Armas plaza, Cathedral, churches, local shops, restaruant, and supermaket. Hotel is like 2 story house with open area in the middle of hotel. Room is clean and well maintained. People can cook dinner in the kitchen and self served breakfast. There are rooms for family. It is little... More

I stayed here back in late June/early July, before and after completing the trek to Macchu Pichu. The hostel is quiet, situated away from busy streets, but conveniently located. The staff were very friendly, looking after my bags while I went to MP, helping with taxis etc, and they keep the place super clean. The bed was the most comfortable... More

We spent a total of 5 nights at Los Aticos. The room was comfy, hot water plentiful. The breakfast was good and the ability to use the kitchen and refrigerator is a big plus. The wifi worked well in the room. The location on a quiet side street a few minutes walk from the Plaza is a big plus. Most... More

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 teenage sons & all slept really well. We were able to check in early & leave our bags while we went to Machu Picchu. Lots of room. Had kitchen area in apartment but no cooking facilities or crockery so we couldn't have cooked. Saying that the staff were happy for us... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights when we visited Cuzco and Macchu Picchu. The hotel provided free pick-up service from the airport which was very welcomed and the journey took just about 7 minutes. Upon arrival at 9 a.m., we were glad to see that the check-out time was 8 a.m. and we could check into our room... More

My best friend and I selected Los Aticos for its convenient, central location and its price. We therefore didn't have high expectations for anything else as we're not picky. Los Aticos blew us away - it was incredibly safe, warm, hospitable, and the beds are SO soft. We stayed for 2 nights before we hiked the Inca Trail and couldn't... More

I suspect other rooms are better, but the apartment we were given was more cramped with all beds on the top level (and surely not meant for 5 as advertised - even with 3 adults and a baby we felt cramped). One bed had a window immediately at baby-hands level and big enough to fall through - obviously only an... More

Many thanks for your report. Even though your experience was not as expected, we find your comments helpful to improve our service, and on the other hand to focus on the needs of a family traveling with small children. We regret that our personnel did not manage to understand your requirements, since we have a large sofa bed in the... More
