My wife and I stayed at this hotel, one block from the Plaza de Armas, on two occasions during our stay in Peru. On the first occasion we had a large room with two double beds and our second stay was in a room with a kingsize bed with a separete lounge area. Both rooms were clean and spacious and... more

I had booked this hotel for two nights and paid in full and then my travel plans changed. I went to the hotel at 8 am a week before my reservation and they were able to give me a room for two nights on the spot with no change fee or extra payment. The girl working could not have been... more

The location was great and the staff excellent. I highly recommend this property. Also, the rate was very reasonable. I did have a problem with Hotel.com because I had to change a day due to weather conditions in Lima. The Hotel Staff was very accommodating, but not Hotels.com. I will never book via them again. more

Located 1 block from Main Plaza very close to Restaurants, Colonial Sites such as Churches, Museums, Archaelogical Sites, Shopping, etc. Guys at front desk are the best service-oriented people we met in our trip. more

We stayed here for 2 nights during a trip to Sacred Valley/MP/Cusco/Puno. It's a pretty basic hotel, but the location is excellent because it is immediately adjacent to 2 of the main squares. It was not at all noisy in our 4th floor room. The cable TV gets several English channels. The shower and breakfast were good & the staff... more

Stayed here one night on trip to Macchu Picchu. Probably as good as any other place to stay in Cusco. It was in an excellent location, just around the coner from the main square and easy walk to the shops - no need to take taxis. Seem to be a safe area and I walked around till late. The staff... more
