A local contact recommended this hotel. It is an old colonial house near the Plaza de Armas. A little tough to find as it is down an alley behind a big blue door. Large rooms, high ceilings. Hostal Andariego is so, so, so cute. Ask for room 103 if available - has a little fireplace. After trekking around South America, it is a little oasis.
