We had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. We had also stayed at the Private Collection in Puno, but the Cusco branch is much better. The location and service were outstanding. Close walk to museums, restaurants & central square. Staff did a great job putting us in touch with a private tour operator for Cusco & Sacred Valley tours. Room was a bit noisy and small. Beds not terribly comfortable. Nice water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast. Simply a beautiful property. more

We stayed here 2 nights, separated by 2 nights elsewhere. Staff was helpful. They stored luggage not needed at the other destinations, and we picked it up safely on our return 2 days later. We stayed 2 nights here in May before our trip to Machu Picchu. Wonderful people, fabulous food, great service. Free internet, bottled water in the rooms, oxygen if requested.
