The location is great, on a tributary of the big Amazon River ! The views from the verandas, bar, observatory, fascinating ! The excursions were very good and informative.
Service very poor: room not done, telephone inoperative, had to walk to the kitchen to get clean towels. The cabins, spacious, but poorly kept, with innumerable half inch spaces between the wooden slabbed walls. You could see through those the moonlight outside, though ! No wonder then I had my personal safari getting roaches. Found one...next to my toothbrush.
Solar powered...it runs out of energy in the afternoon. The two days I stayed in, we were with no electricity for hours. Hence...no fan in the room (there is no A/C). Since roaches are not my king of game, cancelled a third day, got less than half of what I paid for that day via a reservation in town.
