We stayed 2 nights in top room, lots of space in rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. We booked a tour of Lima through the hotel. There are many shops and places to eat near to the hotel. And only 2 blocks from the main park, park Kennedy. No complaints!

Stayed 4 nights with friends just before the holidays. Cheked in no problem. Rooms are spacious with good wifi. We arranged our trip to Cusco from Tinkus. Staff very helpful and speak good english. Recommended!

A comfortable hotel for the price. Nice location in Miraflores. Most of the staff speak english very well. I only stayed 2 nights, but my room was comfortable. It has a basic lobby but can't complain! I recommend Tinkus.

A great value hotel/hostel, with a really nice breakfast of fresh coffee, scrambled eggs with ham on toast, fresh fruit salad and orange juice. If you have breakfast about 9am it's normally quiet. I would come back for sure.

Nice place, very comfy. Nice staff. We did early check-in no problem, very nice people. Everything was clean and neat. It's locatd near Larco avenue and Miraflores, you can walk outside the place and find very interesting places, shops, restaurants, parks. Absolutely recomended.

Found out about this good budget cozy hotel through a friend who stayed here. I highly recommend it. Friendly and helpful staff who speak good english. Good breakfast and wifi. It's near to gift shops, cafes, and nightlife. If I come back to Lima I will stay here agin for sure.

Spent two nights here but not consecutively as we went to Nazca for on night inbetween. The hotel kept our suitcases while we were away and were happy to wait for us to return to pay for both nights stay at the same time. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more during my week in Tinkus. All the staff made me very welcome, and helped me with things to see and places to visit in Lima. Comfortable hotel with most things you need. I would easily stay here again. Barry Conlon from Surrey
