The hotel lobby is very ample and luxurious. Check in went smoothly and very friendly and they allowed me to check in early (7am) at no extra cost. My room in floor 17, Club floor, was roomy, clean and very modern. Flat TV, good bathroom and free bottled water every day! WIFi for about 10 USD a day is good... more

We stayed at the Sheraton Lima for one night on our way to Cusco. We booked with SPG points and were on the SPG floor. On the ride from the airport, I was prepping my husband for what I thought would be an awful hotel, based on previous reviews. The staff was very accommodating; they carried our bags, offered to... more

We stayed there 2 nights before and after Machu Picchu/Cusco. The hotel is barely a 3 star everywhere else other than inside one of the Club-floor rooms. The bar is dirty and smells like smoke all the time. The restaurant is ok but not for breakfast. My hubby got food poisoning from the scrambled eggs. We enjoyed the most the... more

Nice lobby, good attentive service, OK café, nice bar area, nice little shop around the back. But rooms are horribly dated and badly in need of an update. And the lifts are woeful – I don’t think that I’ve been in a hotel with so many lifts yet you still have to wait ages for one to appear. And when... more

Like everyone seems to be saying - there is good and bad in this hotel. In my opinion the good outweighs the bad. The staff is VERY accommodating and the service is 5 star. For $10 dollars per night it pays to get a club floor room. more

Sheraton should be ashamed of itself over this hotel. We had to switch to it from the Miraflores which was booked after our trip to Cusco was delayed due to the demonstration over the Sacred Valley. This hotel was a dump...dated, dirty and it a bad part of town. The food was so-so and the staff fine, but the rooms... more

LOCATION: The Lima Sheraton is a 45 Soles ($15), 20-30 minute cab ride from the Airport. It’s across the road from the ‘Palacio de Justicia’, and a short walk from local street shopping. It’s not a ‘nice’ neighborhood, but I did see local families and tourists walking the streets well into the evening, so I don’t believe it’s a rough... more

I was off to Lima so I decided to use some starwood points and stay at the Sheraton Lima Hotel & Casino. Here are my thoughts: POSITIVES: - Starwood Points Value: I used only 2000 points per night. This is the least amount of pointst I've ever had to pay for a hotel. The list price is $139/ night. Had... more

in september i got a us$ 100 promotion in club floor for Starwood (2 people) It cost a little figth to get it, but at the end i got it. Relation cost/quality was incredible. Breakfast and tea time at Club floor were in a superb level. Instead of bread butter and mermaledes, there were any kind of fish canapés small... more

My wife and I used the Sheraton as our Lima base for 3 nights during a 2 week vacation in Peru. The hotel is fine and service was really good, with staff very helpful and friendly - e.g. we had a tour which set off at 4am in the morning and staff organised a box breakfast free of charge! The... more
