For a 3 star a hotel , i found this hotel good vale for money with all th emod cons I expected, including air conditioning. The rooms were spacious enough for me, given that i didnt{ come to live here! The hotel staff were very courtrous, helpful in answering questiosn i had, helpful in solving some problems i had, and... more

I use Tripadvisor regularly for most trips, but this Casa Andina must be the "poor cousin" to the others. The hotel is at the edge of Miraflores, so a bit of a walk to anything. My first room was like a cave; small, dark, musty and dank. My second room, while larger was in the front of the hotel, on... more

Dear Guest: We wanted to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and giving us the opportunity to investigate this situation thoroughly. Regarding the air conditioning, there was a small leak which originated this unfortunate circumstance and we apologize for not being able to solve this situation as soon as it was mentioned. We want to assure you...

Booked as part of a Explorandes Peru package. The hotel is well if not scenically located in a safe but busy area, and an easy walk to the bluff overlooking the ocean and the many restaurants/shops there. The hotel itself was ok for a one night stay; nothing to note that was especially good or bad. I'd recommend it for... more

We signed up for a tour package, so we didn't get to choose the hotels we stayed in. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and we were disappointed in the twin beds. We also didn't have an exterior window, so we felt a little closeted in. The hotel does not provide an alarm... more

If you're looking for a basic hotel that's safe, this is a good option. The staff was friendly and had access to local resources (taxi, money changing, etc.) However, if you want more, you're not going to get it here. It's by a noisy street (especially during the rush hours). The restaurant is only open during breakfast (although the decent... more

I stayed this hotel in three diferent nights during the month of May 2007, because was the central point of my excursions around Peru. One night I have to claim because towels weren't clean as I wished. But the last night I was given a suite with jaccuzzi... Perfect and juicy breakfast, wonderful staff. Just try the "pastelaria San Antonio"... more

Overall this is a comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a luminous breakfast room. The location within Miraflores is so-so... The coast and Larco Mar Center is only several blocks down the road and the hotel also it is fairly close to a park. Other attractions pose more of a hike from this location, but I can attest that it... more

This was the hotel I stayed at for my arrival into Peru. Overall it is a basic hotel, has the essentials, but nothing fancy. The good points: The hotel has dedicated drivers, so I was picked up at the airport for my late/delayed flight into Lima. My flight was 2 hours late, but my driver was still there waiting for... more

Good location, nice staff. We were in a large group. Others said they were given a room that other people were already sleeping in! Hotel was clean. Free but slow internet. Our bathroom window displayed us to construction workers on nearby rooftops! Freaked me out a little. Enjoyed the free coca tea! Great free breakfast! more
