We were most impressed with the outstanding service. Without exception the staff was outstanding. Our room was modern, clean and stocked with all the ameneties you would expect in a first class hotel. Breakfast service was generous. The location in Miraflores was excellent; close to the major parks, beaches etc. Not inexpensive, but a great value in a major city. more

Stayed 4 nights…. I am sure there are other alternatives, the Marriott for one (full) but I was quite comfortable in the Crown Plaza. Nice reception area, but a tiny pool that is not suitable for laps or any other activity. The hotel is close to a major intersection (Larco and Benavides). Definitely on the lower end of the Crowne Plaza spectrum. I had a tiny, somewhat stuffy room. Older furniture, and - ack - carpeted floor. This is a nice hotel in the Miraflores district of Lima. The service was good and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Generally the standard you would expect from a Crowne Plaza.
