We were most impressed with the outstanding service. Without exception the staff was outstanding. Our room was modern, clean and stocked with all the ameneties you would expect in a first class hotel. Breakfast service was generous. Stayed 4 nights…. I am sure there are other alternatives, the Marriott for one (full) but I was quite comfortable in the Crown Plaza. Nice reception area, but a tiny pool that is not suitable for laps or any other activity. The hotel is close to a major intersection (Larco and Benavides). Definitely on the lower end of the Crowne Plaza spectrum. I had a tiny, somewhat stuffy room. Older furniture, and - ack - carpeted floor. The bed and bedding were great, though, and everything was clean. Breakfast was so-so; I had been told it was included, and only found out after the fact that it was not. more

This is a nice hotel in the Miraflores district of Lima. The service was good and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Generally the standard you would expect from a Crowne Plaza.
