The owners at Quinte Allison were really healful with directions and allowing us to leave our bags with them. They also let us use their microwave to heat up from some empanads we had brought from Cusco!
The rroms themselves were alright. They were spacious and had a TV (you need to ask for a remote), The windows opened up to a large indoor shaft that rose to a skylight, but fortunately also connected to the hallways and other floors. That and the fact that the walls were very thin lead to times where it could be quite noisy in the room.
Be sure to ask the friendly staff for a student discount if you have an ISIC card. One of the cheaper while still good to stay in accomodations in Barranco.
