I spent 2 nights at this hotel. Everything was fine, except the room lighting was horrible. The light bulbs might help to save energy, but I´m sure they contribute to blindness. The "breakfast" was less than minimal. It was served until 9:30. On my second morning, the breakfast room was closed at 9:00. Good location and pleasant staff. more

Esperanza was OK for what it was. Rooms were not super clean but they were OK. Toilet ran continuously which was a bit annoying. Would like to think there are better hotels out there for the price but it is an OK place to stay for one or two days more

Hotel Esperanza does need some Tender Loving Care but the staff and Max make up for the dark, average rooms. We stayed at the Esperanza for a night after flying into Lima airport - it's well located in Miraflores, has security and the rooms are spartan but reasonably clean and given Lima prices is reasonable value. We didn't get to take advantage of the support of the manager to arrange travel so can't comment on that so much. more
