We stayed at the D'Osma in October 2009. The Baranco area seemed to offer just what we needed upon our arrival in Lima and the inn was a good budget choice. We stayed here two nights. This B&B is located in a great spot - Barranco is a much less commercialized area of Lima next to Miraflores. the hotel owners are very friendly,especially the night porter who also serves breakfast. the area of town is MUCH MORE interesting than dull and boring miraflores. this is in the boho area of town with lots of art galleries etc. the ONLY downsides are that you are off a MAIN road and the noise of traffic, car hoots etc is... more

We read the reviews on tripadvisor and decided to give it a shot. Everyone was friendly and welcoming with great advice on where to eat, what to do, and how to get there. The room was cozy with bright colored walls and cable tv. The only downsides were some street noise (but where in Lima can you avoid street noise?)... more
