I have stayed here four times now on visiting Lima for business and will certainly return. This is a nice, quiet, safe, and clean basic hotel with a lovely interior courtyard and very kind and professional staff. The rooms are not fancy but they have all the necessities. The location is super, right in the center of Miraflores. You can't... more

I stayed here for a couple of nights at the end of a longish research trip in the Andes. Very nice place. Rooms in the old part of the hotel are large and charming (haven't seen the newer rooms). Wireless internet. Good breakfast. Popular with the research/NGO crowd. We paid $52/night for single rooms (booked via email: reservas@senorial.com). more

I've stayed here several times and love it. The hotel is an expanded old-style colonial house that is divided into two parts: the newer motel-like rooms with paper-thin walls which I try to avoid, and the older room which are quite spacious. The rooms on the outside get a bit of street noise, but the rooms on the inner courtyard... more

This hotel is a great place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and found the rooms comfortable, buffet breakfast really good and the staff friendly and helpful. A great little retreat from the hype of Lima. Within walking distance to the beachside restaurants and all facilities - we even ran along the walkway above the beach on 2 mornings. Despite... more

This hotel was very nice! Positive: CLEAN, people are friendly, proffesional, cozy, great location! Nice, walking distance Larco Mar and other nice areas. You feel safe and I travel with 3 small children. You can pay a little extra to stay after the 1PM checkout time. Overall this little hotel was very nice and I will be staying here when... more

Stayed here for a week and loved it. OK there was some building works going on but hey it got me out in the mornng and finished pretty early. We got on really well with the reception staff (or was it just my wife that charmed them with her Spanish) who sorted everything we wanted except for the hair dryer.... more

Prior to our arrival in Lima I emailed a few hotels in the Miraflores area to request rates and availability on a double room. I received a reply from the hotel that they had a room available and quoting their rate. I asked for a reservation with the arranged airport pickup they mentioned. They replied asking for our airport arrival... more

We stayed one night and the next day until 8:00 pm before our early morning red-eye back to Canada. Like many Lima hotels, this one charges half the night rate to keep the room late the next day. We were able to borrow their hair drier. Unfortunately our hot water did not work in the morning nor later in the... more

Working in Peru twice a year for the last 20 years. So take it from me, if you need a good bed, in a quiet, clean and spacious room, safe place, looks like a traditional Miraflores house but is actually much bigger you think, excellent location (3 blocks from Larcomar, 50 meters from Larco street), free wireless for 42 USD... more
