After our 12 hours flight we were happy to get to our hotel. But nobody to help us carying our luggage through a labyrinth of gangways, stairs up and down (the elevator was not working). Our room without a view lacked the minimum of comfort. A bathroom without amenities, not even a glass, no waterpressure, lightbulb gone, shower height for... More

Dear Michel, We are very sorry to hear you haven’t had a pleasant stay at our hotel. It is part of our philosophy to do our best and try to exceed our guests expectations. What happened to you is not part of Casa Andina standards and please take for granted that we are taking actions to not make further mistakes.... More

I spent one night in Lima. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good size room, although unfortunately mine was internal with a curtained window to a hallway. The breakfast area was a feature with large glass windows facing the street. The buffet selection was excellent. The area was safe, which I believe is not the case everywhere in... More

We stayed here for one night at the beginning of our South America trip. Miraflores was recommended by our travel agent, and the Casa Andina is in a great location - a few minutes walk from the main square, bars and restaurants, which the friendly girl on reception was happy to direct us to. The room was clean, spacious and... More

This is definitely the better choice of the two moderately priced Andina Classic hotels. As the name correctly indicates, it is right in the center, steps from the main artesanal shops and the central park. The hotel staff was most helpful, the breakfast ample, and the rooms comfortable and clean. Despite its location, the hotel was relatively quiet. In our... More

I can't think of anything negative to say about this Peruvian chain of hotels. They are clean, modern, and well staffed. Their breakfasts are very good too. You will most likely only run into tourists in these types of hotels: families, older adults, some tours. More

We spent an amazing time in our new favorite vacation spot: Peru! This hotel was very simple and nice and served us very well. The breakfast is delicious and hearty and the staff was very nice. You can't beat the location with it being walking distance to everything you need, including artesenal markets. We highly recommend. Azalia and Alberto More

We stayed here for one night after landing in Lima and before then going on to Cusco to do the Inca Trail Trek. It's a shame we didn't have longer as the area looked really good to explore. The hotel was very colonial with high ceilings and old furniture, the breakfast room was amazing, very ornate fittings and furniture, it... More

The hotel is convinently located in the middle of Miraflores and is right off Parc Kennedy and across the road from a large artesan market 'Artesania Señor De Sipan'. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The rooms are well presented and the bed sheets are clean. They provide two bottles of water for your use. Free wi-fi is available... More

The hotel is basic. The room was clean, the bed had a very hard mattress and there wasn't enough space to hang things up. Noise isolation from the very busy streets is minimal. The location was convenient for the inca market and the central park. Unfortunately Miraflores is far from the airport and the trouble to get to this or... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your honest impressions on Trip Advisor´s website and for choosing Casa Andina. We should mention that since last week, all our rooms facing the street have insulated windows. This measure has helped us reduce external noise to the minimum and guarantee comfortable nights to our valuable guests. We very much regret we could not... More
