I stayed at the Mansion San Antonio with my Peruvian boyfriend for six nights. We had the "king jacuzzi suite". In the U.S., a suite generally implies three rooms -- a sitting room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Their suite consisted of a fairly large bedroom and a fairly large bathroom. Period. The bedroom had a king bed with headboard,... more

I was really happy at this hotel! My Peruvian boyfriend and I found the management and staff to be very helpful and pleasant. Fresh cooked breakfast for us individually and the fresh squeezed juice was extraordinary. I will for sure return. more

Stayed two nights coming in and one night leaving. The hotel is in Miraflores, where you want to be in Lima. Central Lima is dirty and ugly. The exterior and public areas are nice and the breakfast is a little bit better than continental with eggs and fresh pots of coffee. The staff is freindly and the secure driver Alberto... more

The hotel is not bad, and the staff are accommodating and friendly. But it is marketed as "luxury", or a "boutique hotel", and I am not sure that it fits that description. It certainly isn't dirty, but it is quite far away from matching any criteria for a "high class" hotel. Boutique hotel normally refers to design, (among other things),... more

This B&B was such great value, the room was a good size & had a great ensuite. The reception staff could communicate well in English & they were so pleasant & made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was served as we arrived in the morning. The building was secure & safe. I´d reccomend this place to stay in... more

I stayed here for 3 days in Feb 2008. I will definitely stay here again. The rooms were extremely reasonable and the staff was very nice. In another review someone said that breakfast wasnt ready at 9am.... what?! Every morning when we came down, they seated us in the dining room and basically took our order. We were offered bread... more

Yes, the B&B has lovely interior design BUT sheets were dirty (we are talking full of hair and not washed), we saw cockroaches in our room, they missed our wake up call, there was no breakfast prepared (at 9am). There were more problems with our reservation and I had to fight to make them accept lowering the cost of the... more

This is a really smart place. Very comfy rooms (ours was the king jacuzzi suite) which had a huge bed (my feet didn't go off the sides when turned completely horizontal,) kooky decor (big armchair with cowskin colours) and an amazing bathroom. The staff were friendly and not at all in your face and a reasonable breakfast was served. It's... more

I liked Mansion San Antonio. It's a cross between a bed and breakfast and a hotel. The room was nice with a decent bathroom, good bed and mini-fridge. There was some odd stuff: there was no closet (they had a clothes rack in the room and a big dresser). There were no black-out shades on the windows (and the sun... more

Looks good on the net but on arrival very disapointing. I booked this hotel so that my peruvian boyfriend and I could be together, having booked in, my bf arrived and the reception promptly charged an extra 10$ on top of the nightly price of 69$. When I asked why I was told because he was a peruvian, I was... more
