This is a very comfortable hotel after exploring Machu Picchu. Restaurant food, staff and service are exceptional - best I've had in South America. Only negative is if you like to sleep with window open ask for room not on ground floor as it is easy access from outside. No air con so i like window open. more

Newly opened 5 star hotel, right at the end of town. Rooms facing river, fabulous. Best hot stone massage I've ever had. Don't past up the lamb in Peruvian spices. Friendly staff. They handled tickets for bus to MP and would go to the station & have bus stop at hotel for you. more

I would recommend this hotel but was disappointed that after paying over 450.00 was charged an extra 170.00 for my friend to stay with me. It would have been the same price had the other name been on the reservation which is not a good policy to me. Other than that the service and the food was exceptional. more
