I have stayed at this hotel many, many, many times between 2004 and 2007. The staff is absolutely WONDERFUL. They are very service oriented. Many colleagues have stayed at this hotel over the years and I have never heard an unkind word. We paid $140 through the tourist office which I think is higher than it should be. We thought the hotel was charming in decor and did remind us of England- it even does afternoon tea!
