I booked this hotel because it claimed to have WiFi. It didn't work. After 6 complaints over 24 hours the technician finally came to my room. After insisting that the problem was my laptop and that my laptop antenna wasn't strong enough to receive the signal, he reluctantly checked the router in the corridor. Of course, the router wasn't working.... more
